Great Lakes Community Conservation Corps awarded EPA grant

RACINE — The Environmental Protection Agency has chosen the Great Lakes Community Conservation Corps to receive a grant to recruit and train workers for community revitalization projects. The GLCCC is one of 14 organizations that will receive funding, according to a release from the EPA, which will award $7 million in total.
