Door County Land Trust acquires 20 acres of rare coastal wetlands on Washington Island

WASHINGTON ISLAND (WLUK) -- Additional land on Washington Island in Door County is now protected.
The Door County Land Trust acquired 20 acres of remnant boreal forest on Washington Island adjoining the Big and Little Marsh State Natural Area, which is known for its rare and imperiled coastal wetlands.
